There are exchange groups of the Community Exchange System (CES) in many countries around the world (see home page for details). These are all linked through the computerised network so inter-exchange trading is possible. Register with an exchange close to you, start a new exchange in your area or link an existing exchange to the network. |

Register for an account with an existing CES exchange group
If you would like to register for an account with an existing CES exchange group, select your country above and then the exchange group with which you would like to register. Press the [Register] button and fill in the registration form that appears. Within 24 hours you will be sent an account number and password, which you can use on the previous page to log in.
For your registration to be accepted full contact details are required. If you are concerned about your contact details appearing on the internet it is possible to hide what you don't want to be shown. In any case, your details are only seen by users of the exchange with which you register. Ensure that you fill in your email address for a rapid response. You may register as a company, a family, an individual or an organisation. Your details will not be provided to any third parties.
Please also provide details of what goods and/or services you will be able to offer. Exchange groups are relatively small, closed communities so make offerings that are meaningful in that context (click here for information about offerings).

Start a new exchange group or register an existing one
If there is not a CES exchange in your area why not start one! If you feel that there are enough people in your community who might be interested in trading without using your ever-scarce national currency, or who are troubled by the serious problems created by our current debt-based money system, register a new exchange. We will contact you after receiving your registration and begin the process of setting it up.
If you are already a member of an existing complementary currency trading group, such as a LETS group or time bank, why not register your group with the CES and become part of an international, complementary currency trading network. By linking your group to the CES you can move your accounts to a sophisticated, internet-based system and take advantage of the many built-in tools for administering the group.
Each CES exchange comes with three built-in management interfaces:
- a sophisticated Administrative Interface from which the administrator or administrative team manages the exchange and keeps record of what is happening. To see what functions are contained in the Administrative Interface, click here.
